Peter Yamakawa: PhD and Master’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering from the University of Osaka, Japan. He also has his Master’s degree from Universidad ESAN and Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from the Universidad Nacional de Ingeniería. He has obtained the following professional certifications from the Project Management Institute (PMI): PgMP, PMP and RMP. Researcher at the Global Information and Telecommunications Institute (GITI) at Waseda University in Japan and at the Department of Communication Sciences at the Florida Atlantic University. He is currently vice-principal of Research and a leading professor at Universidad ESAN.
