Raquel Aparicio Cid

Ph.D. in Educational Research from the Universidad Veracruzana and teacher in Environmental Education from the Universidad de Guadalajara. She has formulated and implemented communication and training strategies for government and civil organizations, focused on climate change, resilience, sustainability, and social participation. She is a researcher and technical secretary of the Unesco on Citizenship, Education, and Environmental Sustainability of Development at the Universidad Veracruzana. Her research interests focus on the semiotics of nature, traditional knowledge systems, and social epistemic practices, linked to human-environmental forms of relationship.
