The author has conducted important archaeological scouting, preservation, promotion, research and restoration, works in several sites across Mexico, the most important located in San Lorenzo Tenochtitlan, in Veracruz; Tenayuca and Malinalco, in the State of Mexico and Tula, Hidalgo. He has published several research articles, among the most important El Señor 9 Flor en Zaachila and Los mixtecos y las tumbas de Zaachila. He has also been an academic at the National History and Anthropology School and Philosophy and Literature School at UNAM.
