Degree in Biological Sciences and PhD in Environment and Development from UFPR; Postdoctoral degree in Marine Science and Technology from the University of Léon, Spain. He was the Environment Secretary of the city Fazenda Rio Grande, in the state of Paraná, Brazil for seven years and is currently Director of the Faculty of Health, Biosciences, Environment and Humanities at the International University Center (Uninter), Paraná, Brazil. He has many years of experience in the environmental field, specially working in Environmental Sciences, and is the author of eight books.
