Journalist, professor and lawyer. He has degrees in Social Communication Sciences and Law, as well as a Master’s degree in Higher Education and Civil Procedures. He has specialized in the area of legal sciences, and he is part the School of Law at the Universidad Abierta Para Adultos (UAPA).
