Loida Lucía Sardiñas Iglesias

Theologian of cuban origin, medic and licensed in Theology, has an MA in Theology from UBL Costa Rica, and a Ph.D from Hamburg University. Is a postdoctoral fellow in Education, Social Sciences and Intercultural Studies from Universidad Santo Tomás in Colombia.
Widely experienced as a teacher in the Latinamerican Biblical University, the Ecumenical Research Department, the Universidad Nacional Autónoma from Costa Rica and the Mission Academy from Hamburg University. She is currently a teacher from the Theology Department in the Universidad Santo Tomás, and from the Center for Theological Training from the Xaverian University. Her research areas are systematic theology, ecumenism, interfaith dialogue, contextual theology and the relation of theology to the social sciences.
