María Magdalena García Rodríguez

Master of Educational Research from the Centro Regional de Formación Docente e Investigación Educativa and Master’s Degree in Political Science and Public Administration from the Universidad Autónoma de Tamaulipas, both graduated with honors. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Sciences and a Postgraduate Certificate in English Teaching from the University of Southampton (England). She is currently pursuing a PhD in Public Policy at the School of Government and Public Transformation of the Tecnológico de Monterrey. He has more than 10 years of teaching experience, teaching various subjects at the School of Law and Social Sciences Victoria of the UAT, the College of Tamaulipas and the Universidad de Seguridad y Justicia de Tamaulipas. At USJT she has been in charge of the Academic Direction and Head of the Research and Postgraduate Department. She has also worked as a consultant in the evaluation of public programs and has several publications on education, citizen participation and police training.
