Rebeca Garzón Clemente: Computer Engineer from the Universidad Autónoma de Guadalajara; Master’s degree in Information Technology Administration from the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey; PhD in Training Processes in Virtual Spaces and e-Learning specialist from the Universidad de Salamanca, Spain. Full-time professor in undergraduate and graduate programs at the Universidad Autónoma de Chiapas, Mexico, since 1994. Researcher at the Universidad de Salamanca, Spain, the Instituto Politécnico de Guarda, Portugal, and the Universidad de Costa Rica. In 2012 she published the book Model of digital literacy for university professors, reedited in 2015; the book Technologies, reading and new literacies, in this same year and has collaborated in books with Ibero-American research groups, published articles in prestigious international journals, and participated in national and international lectures on Education, ICT and Digital Literacy. She is a member of the Research System since 2008 and the National Research System, Level I, since 2014.
