LA ADOPCIÓN DE LAS TIENDAS ELECTRÓNICAS EN UNA ECONOMÍA EMERGENTE. UNA APLICACIÓN DEL TAM
This research explores the factors that influence the adoption of electronic purchases by Colombian consumers, from the perspective of the acceptance of information systems to carry out commercial exchanges. Specifically, the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) is approved by a sample formed of Internet users in Colombia, applying a questionnaire composed of scales developed and approved in literature, using sociodemographic control variables. Statistical analysis with AFC and multiple regression analysis are performed on the collected information.
