Pedro Jaime discusses the inclusion of black corporate executives in the Brazilian society, analyzing patterns of racism and diversity in the business environment. The work gives voice to this social category, presenting numerical and qualitative elements that help understanding these individuals, the position they occupy, and the factors that determine the mobility within this group. Reconstructing the biographical narratives of two generations of black executives in São Paulo, the book captures and highlights the changes in professional paths between 1970 and the beginning of the twenty-first century.
