The publication shows the significance of Aquaculture for global economy and nutrition challenges of the world,through eleven studies conducted by public and private researchers from Chile and Peru who present the reality of the industry in each country, talking about topics that nowadays are relevant for the sector because of the role of technology,sustainability and the application of innovation to enhance its development.
