LOS GATOS PARDOS: VISIÓN HISTÓRICA DEL CONTEXTO JURÍDICO–POLÍTICO LATINOAMERICANO (SIGLO XX–XXI)

The complexity of Latin American political history does not admit selfreferential localisms, and there is a dissimilar development of events and people in it. For this reason, the author’s cultural-political view of the protagonists, situations and processes of the late nineteenth century, throughout the twentieth and early twenty-first century, allows us to understand the very varied, tragic and magical Latin American reality, whose international order is still not clearly defined and in which the tumor trilogy of caudilism, jacobism and militarism prevents its affirmation in modernity and progress.
