This book responds to a need of a good part of the World’s population, which still doesn’t know the indicator and its characteristics, in spite of how much has been written about it. At the same time, it seeks to promote the application of the indicator in a context, the Latin American one, where its application is in the initial phases. We can all contribute to the design of strategies aimed at reducing greenhouse gas emissions that we generate.
