Since the end of the last military dictatorship in Argentina, the discussion about the criminal nature of the acts perpetrated from the State during that period has lasted. Motivated to answer that question, Martín Lozada offers an analytical journey that goes from international criminal law to the specificity of the local debate.
In the first part of this book, the author assesses the characteristics of the complex of crimes against humanity and, in particular, crimes against humanity and genocide.
