Result of the research carried out by the author within the framework of his doctorate in Psychology at the Universidad del Norte, this book contains a study of the decision-making processes –intuitive and deliberate– in Colombian expert managers, from a research perspective qualitative based on the analytical method and the hermeneutical phenomenological method. The job emphasizes the responsibility of deciding and choosing. Consequently, the reader will not find a set of techniques to make decisions, but rather a series of questions that invite us to reflect on deciding and choosing, intuition as a way of thinking present in every decision, the values ​​involved in each election, to the responsibility to choose, to the training to make decisions and the consequences that these processes have for ourselves and the environment.
