This book is written for students, professors and professionals from the business sector, focusing in proposing and explaining those strategies that should allow a language user to improve their communication and, therefore, gain credibility in an environment business nature or preparation in this field. The first part proposes methodologies that will help to select, organize, transfer, and present the ideas according to different business situations objective of communication. The second part develops an awareness of dialogue in work and business environments as a communicative act from which four attitudes are constructed: (I) Synthesis capacity; (II) Capacity of responding to Listening; (III) Understanding the other and valuing his position; (IV) Ability to generate advance. The third part includes recommendations to generate coherence between the message and non-verbal communication. The last one includes a robust package of exercises that allows to put into practice the concepts that were worked on throughout the book.
