This book seeks to socialize experiences and reflections, all of them embodied in diverse formats (stories of pedagogical experiences, reflective essays on powerful practices, among others), in order to encourage the construction of teaching and learning spaces that contemplate the knowledge produced by teachers-colleagues, in the practice itself —knowledge of the trade— and its systematization —confrontation with didactic theoretical frameworks—, promoting collective professional development processes and transfer of practical knowledge and training devices, used for the socialization of knowledge and know-how in various professional fields and also in teacher training.
