This work studies the way in which Colombian natives face environmental conflicts, that is, those related to the use, management, control, exploitation, conservation and protection of natural resources existing in their territories. To this, the analysis of norms enshrined in the Law of Origin, Natural Law, Greater Law and Own Law is carried out, through which they solve this kind of problems according to their uses and their customs. Additionally, it analyzes some of the most representative cases of this type of confrontation, for which its origin is established, the way they have been handled or resolved, as well as the social impact that they have aroused.
