Our aim is to examine theoretically, the conditions in which both operators and scholars of Law—regardless of whether or not it is part of our reality or current way of life—have access to it (Law), both for using it effectively in practices—as in case of operators—and to understand it, whether for purely theoretical purposes or to have a solid base for its use—which is what—theorists and teachers respectively, seem to do. Based on a differentiation, law can be considered a (very important) part of our reality and almost an essential factor for the way of life that mankind reached a long time ago.
