Faced with the worsening of the food crises that unleashed the quarantines in 2020, this volume aims to recover hopeful experiences around food for a post-pandemic eco-social recovery. In the first part, it shows the depletion factors of the food model of development. In the second one, it summarizes current initiatives that outline transition pathways towards socio-ecological food models.
