General Law of Higher Education (LGES) covers a very broad field of interference, but it can be defined. In this text, we make the delimiting effort in the field of university autonomy. From this, we rescue the conceptual framework derived from the constitutional reform in educational matters of 2019, developed in the book The university autonomy before the educational reform. Comments to the constitutional reform of 2019 in the matter of higher education, University of Guanajuato, 2019 and we refer to the regulation that is made in this regard in the order in question.
