History of Documents of the Social Doctrine of the Church. From Leon XIII to Pope Francis

Historicidad de los documentos de la doctrina social de la iglesia. Desde León XIII al Papa Francisco

The present work is a complete and synthetic guide to the events that raised the prudent and provident voice of the Church in the face of the conflicts that man, society and the planet went through and continue to suffer. The author chronologically presents the different documents of the teaching in social matters beginning with who is considered the founder of the Social Doctrine of the Church, Leo XIII until the current Pope Francis. But the text is not only limited to being a presentation of the socio-political context, but it also collects the most significant ideas of the documents so that the reader can know the content and the environment in which the ideas of the teaching were embodied. This work is a tool for training, consultation and reading for those who are dedicated to the study of these themes as well as for those who are interested in the social message of the Magisterium of the Church.
