The first Seminar on Human Rights and Capital occurred amidst global discussions on social, political and economic movements. In the context of a multifaceted crisis, the debates held in the panel encompassed human rights, capitalism and law. As a result, this book discusses, among other themes, the challenges posed to the exercise of law and the preservation of access to human rights.
