This book is aimed at teachers and coordinators of plastic, photography, film, communication or educator workshops in general who wish to approach with students the exciting task of looking and creating beauty and meaning in the universe of images. But the value of this text is not only to approach the pedagogical thinking of a visual educator and understand how didactic decisions weave content and form, although that would be sufficient merit. This book also provides, and perhaps above all, some clues to think about the new technocultural situation in which we find ourselves, and about the positions that are available to the school today, if it is decided to occupy them.
