To understand the role that international law will play in the next decades, it is essential to remember how and why it emerged and its usefulness considering that international law has been a European creation bounded to the emergence of the modern estate. The reader of this work will have a wider scene of the nature, evolution and destiny of International Law and the International Community in times in which it is questioned whether it is still in force or not. Through the work investigation of treatists writers such as DeVitoria, Suarez, Grocio, Gentili and Puffendorf, the real genesis of People’s Law is introduced in this research work.
