The purpose of this publication is to analyze and publicize the evolution of corporate governance practices in issuers of Colombian securities, taking as main source information reported by the companies in the completion of the Country Code survey, through the period 2007-2014, complying with External Circular Letter 028 of 2007 of Financial Superintendence of Colombia. The inquiry aims to monitor the level of implementation from voluntary adoption recommendations included at the Code of Best Corporate Practices of Colombia, known as Country Code, contained in aforementioned report, Annex 2.
