The knee is the intermediate joint of the lower limb, which is very important for the functionality and development of daily life activities. This joint is one of the biggest and most complex of the human body, whereby is very susceptible to suffer injuries. For this reason, the knee complex is an object of study to many health professionals, in particular to physiotherapist. This book aims to review the anatomical and biomechanics aspects of the knee, in order to analyze the role of this joint in the human body movement. At the same time, the importance of the morphological concepts, as base to understand the kinetics and kinematics of human body is highlighted, providing tools that facilitates the analysis of the biomechanical behavior of this joint, for its application in different contexts.
