LATIN AMERICA BETWEEN LANGUAGES AND TONGUES.
LATINOAMÉRICA ENTRE LENGUAJES Y LENGUAS.
Latin America at the beginning of the title of this volume inscribes the convening and restorative aspiration that drives us, but also seeks to announce the concurrence of different areas of the continent from critical readings that explore textualities where languages and tongues (in breakdown or assembly) are plotted. They are essays about authors and aesthetics more or less studied in our environment that replenish a list of narrative, poetic, essayistic, cinematographic, musical, pictorial texts, among others, whose setting in a shared scene somehow fractures the perception of "linear or cumulative time that usually dominates" (Escobar), allowing to distinguish, momentarily and by certain resendings, the fragmented simultaneity that compose the social body.
