LAW, INTERSUBJECTIVITY AND JUSTICE. TOWARDS THE THINKING OF FICHTE AND COHEN

DERECHO, INTERSUBJETIVIDAD Y JUSTICIA. EN TORNO AL PENSAMIENTO DE FICHTE Y COHEN

This book explores the theories on justice and State of two important philosophers to understand the classical german thinking: Johan Gottlieb Fichte and Herman Cohen. The commitment with the time they lived does not deprives the currency of their texts, which confront us with our more urgent challenges, such as the meaning of political community, citizens’ right to mere existence, the political representation issue, and government legitimacy, among other matters.
