The book proposes a return to reality from the current Law of Justice and Peace in Colombia to put it to test by a type of philosophy that seeks to recover the "Faculty of Instituting Trial of the Citizen", as creator of the only justice that it can be built and that is what is done at the moment it is spoken. It is not a question of accepting beforehand the "institutionalized legality in legislative procedures over legitimacy", of consensus based on intellectual terrors that allow to speak only to those who have the power of persuasion, or of positive justice that magically seeks to forget the political elements that subtend it, and of the representative mechanisms that supplant the expression of others. The book argues the role of citizen judgment in the construction of a true democracy.
