The author demonstrates that the worlds in which different societies live are, in truth, different. What is involved in the unique case of Chiapas, and in general in the colonized world, is to find the matrix of a thought that was severely attacked but that, through militant memory, manages to break through and persist. In the analyzes developed by the author, it is possible to observe the global conceptions that the Maya hold of the place that human beings occupy in the general context of life.
