This document is the result of a research work carried out by the Collegiate Research Group "Territorial Development and Food Sovereignty" from the Centro Maya de Estudios Agropecuarios de la Universidad Autónoma de Chiapas, which includes a systematic process of knowledge recovery that a traditional medicine group, from Salto de Agua, Chiapas has accumulated throughout its history, first individually and then collectively. The present document may contribute to the knowledge of the great biological-cultural wealth that the state of Chiapas has, with a sample in a Ch’ol territory.
