MICHEL FOUCAULT Y LA POLÍTICA

Michel Foucault is one of the great thinkers of the 20th Century, recognized for his studies of psychiatric power, medicine, human sciences, and prisons, as well as his work on the history of sexuality. Through a reading of his work stressed by several questions, this book proposes a specific conceptualization of politics, which allows us to question again the exercise of governmental power and the articulation of resistances.

Winner of the II Best Master’s Degree Thesis Contest, 2009, organized by the High Social Studies Institute at Univesidad Nacional de San Martín.
