The current educational institutions should carry out an update to educate in science in an effective way and to define better the profile of citizens who are intended to be formed in their disciplines and needed to transform the community. There is abundant theory about "curricular design"; in this context of great variety of approaches and opinions, what is absent is the local specificity; that is, a real approach on how to design, apply, and evaluate a curricular project in a concrete educational institution of a certain community. This book presents a proposal to discuss and implement curricular theories, considering the global dimension and universal thought, as well as the cultural problems that assed specific educational institutions.
