This work is the result of the research and work related to the exercise of the chairs of Political Analysis and Informative News (Degree in Communication Sciences) and Social and Political Media (Degree in Political Science) of the Facultad de Ciencias Humanas de la UNRC (Faculty of Human Sciences of the UNRC). However, its scope and content transcend the requirements of a manual, since the writings that it includes assume the philosophical analysis of the tri-partite relationship: Power – Social Media – Society. Such approach allows the power to be treated from its classic territorial configuration as Sovereign Power and, in this sense, from the universal categories of State and Law.
