Every company has a portfolio of in-progress or yet-to-begin projects that allows it to grow and increase its competitiveness in the market. However, what are the results achieved in the execution of projects and how much maturity is reached by Peruvian companies in project management? From surveys filled out by executives, project managers and personnel involved in project management at public and private companies in different sectors, this research identifies that current ability of our organizations in project management and factors that influence the score obtained. The book includes recommendations for companies to prioritize their project management initiatives in order to achieve success, which can be defined as the achievement of business goals for which they were conceived.
