This book aim different strategies to teach reading and writing in higher education, from different perspectives. It is dedicated to human beings capable to learn the gesture and silence of the highest voices without canceling deep voices. It is a compendium that has been sculpted with the continuous conversations, impatience, absences and manifestations of dissatisfaction with a territory called educational quality, where we move as colleagues in the language area of Santiago de Cali University.
