This book consists of a number of points of view about the country we have become during the past few years. These are unsolved issues that need urgent solutions: unpunished violence and its expression in the Ayotzinapa case; the exhaustion of a legitimacy that cannot recover through reforms, unable to modify the exercise of power; the electoral and non-electoral pathways that shows the constraints of a system with a limited representation and a limited margin to establish civic counterweights to State governance; the disadvantaged groups litigation and struggle: the indigenous people and the State impunity that replicates flaws of dynamics, unable to dispense justice.
