APROPIACIONES ESCOLARES EN CONTEXTOS ETNOPOLÍTICOS. EXPERIENCIAS DE EGRESADOS EN LA EDUCACIÓN INTERCULTURAL COMUNITARIA AYUUJK

The text you have in your hands is a pioneering and unprecedented work that analyzes the way of a local and regional ayuujk group (mixe) actors take ownership not only of the institutional space at public school but also the processes related to school formation, teaching, learning and biographical-academic trajectory, to incorporate them to their ethnic-political discourse and to their identity group policy project. It is a careful and innovative collaborative ethnographical research resulting from a comprehensive and intensive field work conducted by the author inside the networks of the actors involved, thereby delving into her own previous ethnographical research work. This provides a diachronic view that is rare in conventional ethnographic studies.
