This book is far from being a manual or a series of complicated tips, it rather presents a taxonomic path between the meanders of documentary films through their technical and theoretical perspectives, as well as their ethical obligations, engaging in a critical debate with leading exponents of non-fiction film such as Faherty, Vertov, Rouch or Rabiger.
