The results of a research in which the advances related to sexuality and contemporary relationships developed by the research group “Culture, Education and Society” and its academic collaboration networks are presented. The first part of the book presents the conception of sexuality and sexual health, as well as the positions related to the psychosocial construction of gender. The second account of studies related to the expression of sexuality and gender in contexts such as life as a couple, organizations and community life. In the third, trends of models identified in evidence are shown to evaluate and intervene in risky sexual behaviors, sexual education in children and adolescents, partner conflict and gender violence. The text is expected to serve as a foundation for academics interested in this area of knowledge, given the relevance of the problems associated with this topic in the national territory.
