This book constitutes a fruitful dialogue between cognitive science and education. It is framed from the cognitive sciences and encompasses thinking in motion that lays the foundation for understanding the complexity of the human experience at school. The idea that cognition operates on the basis of decoupled representations of the body and the environment, and that learning is a mere disarticulated operation of a historical plot that is outside and must be achieved, is questioned and resisted in this book. Likewise, they offer new and promising alternatives to the current state of education.
