From the business perspective, the strategic forecast is not sufficiently documented, nor updated, few authors have been concerned about knowing their status within companies. This book seeks to fill the gap, based on the analysis of the perception of a group of companies belonging to different sectors, with the objective of evaluating if the forecasting process of such companies is articulated with strategic planning for decision making.
