When working with children and teenagers in the physical condition area, the first question we ask is, how could you know their fitness level?, are they active individuals in a good physical condition?, what test makes it possible to verify it?, are the selected tests related to the students health?, how to interpret and report the results? Later on, and after the diagnostic evaluation, it would be logical to analyze how is it possible to improve or keep the fitness level of these young people in order to improve their health. With it, comes other questions. It is common knowledge that an inactive child will probably become an inactive adult, it is a challenge to show those in charge of them some ways to help them out of a sedentary lifestyle and become active people, increasingly out of election rather than obligation. This change of paradigm in youth is what is expected in order to have adults that choose to do physical activity all their lives.
