One of the great interests of the book La técnica y la política. Perspectivas desde América Latina, is precisely to assume this polyphony of the philosophy of the tecnique so that every time an author thinks about tecnique, this thought is accompanied by the revelation of one of the ways according to which tecnique itself thinks and of all the non-technical presuppositions that tecnique supposes, and in many occasions hides. In this case, for example, the text by Carlos Federico Mitidieri that insists on the social presuppositions off tecnique in the work of Andrew Feenbergwhich are crystallized within the concept of “technical code”. Against the simple instrumental rationality, a democratic rationality is proposed that allows to get out of the operative autonomy of the workers that isolated them from their subordinates at the time of making their decisions.
