The contemporaneity of teleworking does not refer exactly to its application in current work scenarios –now called global ones– but to the great repercussions and challenges that such condition implies in human life and in spatio-temporal dynamics of identity, types of teleworkers, regulatory and legal frameworks, and aspects related to advances in information technology and telecommunications.
The problems that imply approaching work to households in conjunction with the possible distancing of subjects, the frameworks of relations with authority, and in turn the new concepts of self-regulation, self-government and self-control are, among others, the ones addressed in this text, probably with different levels of complexity.
