Suddenly, Covid-19 has put us in a new place where uncertainty and complexity coincide to challenge us to act in a different way than usual. The need to question, think and propose is then revitalized. This is where this initiative of the EAFIT University was born. The motivation arises because for many of us writing is a remedy to deal with the feelings of these days and the objective is to provide brief and free reflections, informative and propositional. Perplexity as an immediate reaction, the emergence of decisions and actions, and a new we as an eventual consensus is the synthesis of events that forms the starting point of the considerations presented in this book.
