Trams and Urban Development in Colombia is the sixth book in the collection The iron roads. Presents an analysis of visions from the city, woven through the development of the Bogota and Medellin streetcars; likewise, the text seeks to provide a broader vision of its growth, in which the development of trams and railways as transport systems and the business forms under which they functioned is reviewed; In addition, the relationships between the different social actors that interacted in the process and their impact on the urban development of this two cities are analyzed.
