The title of this book represents the main theme that guided the debates in panels held by the Paulo Freire Chair at the Catholic University of Santos. The debaters dealt with the relation between art and education, the university outreach programs as a space for the education of individuals, the different theoretical references to study the education of individuals and the relation between University and social movements. Each one addressed these different themes by trying to answer if it is possible to educate individuals at the Brazilian University.
