This book analyzes the implementation of National Law 26485 from Province of La Pampa of ‘Full protection for prevention, sanction and eradication of violence against women in fields where they develop their interpersonal relationships’. From the perspective of different views and theoretical frameworks, this collection enquires into designs, implementation, execution and monitoring of public policies with a gender perspective in different branches and agencies of provincial government. The empirical study undertaken for this research shows that, despite some progress, the implementation of Law 26485 and the everyday exercise of rights represent a challenge and remain an unfulfilled need for women, children and adolescents of our province.
